The founder of Nordic Forum specialized in Norwegian contracts. He has over 21 years of professional experience in Nordics. Thanks to fluent Norwegian acquired during studies in Norway, Maciej is specialized in Norwegian regulations for foreign companies and foreign employees. Maciej takes care of difficult cases regarding avoiding double taxation for foreign companies and appeals against imposed penalties. His tasks are key clients, implementations, reporting VAT in Norway on behalf of clients, study tours, trainings and leadership of Nordic Forum. In free time Maciej plays the bassoon, a bass woodwind instrument.

Project manager specialized in Swedish and Finnish projects. Waldemar has been professionally involved in Nordic business since 2005. His expertise area are Swedish and Finnish labour law and VAT rules. Finnish Vallti Card or Swedish ID06 cards are his domain. Waldemar advises on business contacts with the Nordic countries and handles customer acquisition projects in the construction, shipbuilding, ICT and offshore industries. Waldemar Slefarski is an author of studies on doing business in Finland and Sweden, on legal and tax regulations. He conducts training courses and lectures for companies and local government institutions.
The passion of Waldemar are shanties, rock music and poetry.

Project manager focused on Norway and HSQ rules in Nordic countries. Paweł studied in Norway for more than 20 years ago and since then is was leading in various Norwegian and Finnish temporary employment agency and Norwegian manufacturers of joinery (wooden windows and doors). Paweł has an unique expertise in safety rules and all regulations regarding permits for usage of specialized equipment. Norwegian HMS/HQS cards are Pawel domain. His responsibilities are monthly reports about assignments and employees in Nordics. Paweł speaks fluent Norwegian and he spends a few hours a week discussing with Norwegian Tax Administration officers about our clients urgent cases.

An important support for the core of Nordic Forum team. His fluent Swedish and years of experience in Sweden let us making all matters related to Scandinavian trade unions much easier. Tomasz has an unique knowledge about Nordics including Iceland and he is one of the best speakers during our events and lectures. Tomasz patience helps to solve tricky cases. He knows very good cultural differences between Nordic countries and the rest of the World. Tomasz organizes many study tours in Nordics and in Poland as well. His passion are travels, tourism and cultural heritage of Pomerania region, the northern part of Poland.
