On behalf of our clients, we carry out all contract preparation activities. These include, among other things, applications to the Finnish Labour Inspectorate, documents related to source tax and obtaining a zero card, the procedure of the employer profile in the Valtti Card system. Other activities also include formalities related to employee insurance in Finland and ongoing consultations
with the Finnish Tax Administration. In certain cases, we also deal with issues related to the settlement of VAT in Finland.
The process of comprehensive registration of all elements required to start a Finland assignment requires at least 4 weeks. We therefore recommend that you reserve 6 weeks to prepare the paperwork.
We can also assist in determining the mandatory minimum wage rates for employees posted to Finland. The minimum rates vary depending on the sector and the specific collective agreement.
